Les prix des maisons augmentent au Canada alors que les taux d'intérêt demeurent élevés

Le coût d'achat d'une maison au Canada a légèrement augmenté selon les plus récentes données de Statistique Canada.
L'indice des prix des logements neufs publié récemment montre qu'en moyenne, les prix ont augmenté de 0,1 % d'un mois à l'autre en mai, la première augmentation depuis août 2022. Il a en outre montré que les prix avaient augmenté dans six des 27 régions métropolitaines de recensement (RMR) étudiées. en mai 2023, en baisse dans huit RMR et inchangé dans les 13 RMR restantes.

House prices rise in Canada as interest rates remain high

The cost of buying a home in Canada has gone up slightly according to the most recent data from Statistics Canada.
The recently released New Housing Price index shows that on average, prices increased 0.1% month-over-month in May, the first increase since August 2022. It further showed that prices were up in six of the 27 census metropolitan areas (CMAs) surveyed in May 2023, down in eight and unchanged in the remaining 13 CMAs.

BREAKING: IRCC holds fourth Express Entry draw this week

Canada has held an Express Entry draw for the fourth day in a row this week. IRCC has held its first-ever French category-based Express Entry draw, inviting 2,300 candidates with strong French-speaking abilities. Candidates required a minimum CRS score of 439, which is the lowest CRS score of 2023. This  is the sixth round of invitations issued in two weeks and brings the total number of candidates invited through Express Entry over this period to 9,800.
